Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
This is the Shadowrocket official website and manual. These terms apply when you visit the Shadowrocket Purchase Guide, read the manual, or refer to instructions on this site. Please read them before using the site. App purchases and use are also subject to the terms shown on the App Store and any applicable app license agreement.
1. Manual Scope and Applicability
This site explains how to verify the app, purchase and install it, import your existing subscription or server details, configure rules, and troubleshoot common issues. The manual explains how to use the app; it does not guarantee results for any particular network environment, server status, or connection.
The app interface, features, and store information may change. Check the current wording in the app before following instructions. For pricing, compatibility, system requirements, and purchase eligibility, refer to the App Store listing. These instructions do not replace the terms presented at the time of purchase.
2. Lawful Use and Configuration Responsibilities
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you live and where you use the app. Do not use Shadowrocket or the instructions on this site for unlawful purposes. Before using servers, subscriptions, or destination network resources, confirm that you are authorized to use them and comply with the relevant service terms.
Importing a configuration assumes you already have your own subscription or server details. Check the source, connection destinations, and effects of its rules, and avoid importing content from unknown sources. Save your existing configuration before making changes. Changes to rules, DNS, or connection settings may affect network access.
Subscription URLs, authentication fields, and diagnostic logs may contain sensitive information. Keep them secure. Before submitting an issue or sharing a screenshot, remove passwords, full subscription URLs, and other information that could identify you or your account.
3. Purchase Channel and Service Boundaries
Shadowrocket is a paid Apple-platform app, primarily used on iPhone and iPad, and is available exclusively through the App Store. See the download guide for purchase and authenticity checks. The developer is Shadow Launch Technology Limited, and the app ID is 932747118.
A one-time app purchase does not include a service plan. This site does not provide, sell, or recommend servers or subscriptions, and does not maintain users’ servers. Buying the app does not grant access to a network service. You are responsible for checking the validity, permissions, and status of any service you already have.
Payments, restoring purchases, and refund requests are handled through the processes and under the terms shown on the App Store at the time. This manual cannot change transaction records, the store associated with your account, or your eligibility to purchase.
4. Availability and Limitation of Liability
The app is sold on the App Store. This site does not guarantee the continuous availability of the site, the app, or any network service you already have, or that these instructions will apply to every device, configuration, or network condition. Connection results depend on factors including device permissions, configuration details, servers, and the current network.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for unavailability, data loss, or related indirect losses arising from reliance on the manual, configuration changes, network interruptions, or external service issues. Back up important data separately. For work or other critical uses, verify that your configuration works as expected before relying on it.
These terms do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or affect any consumer rights you have under the law.
5. Intellectual Property and Use of Content
Rights to the Shadowrocket trademark, app, official icon, and app interface materials belong to its developer or the respective rights holders. Shadowrocket is a closed-source commercial app. Visiting this site or purchasing the app does not grant any further license to use its trademark, icon, or app.
The text and editorial content on this site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. When quoting them, credit the source and preserve the necessary context. Do not present modified instructions as content from this site. Rule examples are for explaining syntax only; review them against your needs before use, and do not treat them as a complete configuration.
6. Changes to These Terms and Help
These terms may be revised to reflect changes to the site's content, features, or applicable rules. Revisions will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Revised terms take effect when published, unless otherwise required by law. Check this page for the current terms when you return.
If instructions conflict or you encounter an issue, first check Troubleshooting, then review the steps in the tutorial. When troubleshooting, distinguish between App Store purchases, app configuration, and existing network services. Avoid repeatedly overwriting configurations or deleting records before identifying the cause.
